Premium Full Service Ceremony - $500
In addition to a one-hour, no-obligation, free interview in Oneonta, this service
includes unlimited consultations by phone and e-mail; a personalized
ceremony lovingly crafted, using your love story, your values and beliefs; and
your choices of readings, rituals, and vows - or guidance in writing your own
vows. Ceremony length: 20-30 min. Coordination of rehearsal which will
include cue cards for musicians/disc jockey, photographer, readers, and other
participants. PA system available as needed. Ceremony performance that will
be warm and personal!
Premium Full Service PLUS - $650
Full service plus two additional in-person meetings, or one additional meeting
plus attendance at reception to offer blessing. Longer ceremony if desired.
Simple Personalized Ceremony - $350
Plus $50 for rehearsal
Usually a home or park wedding without other professionals to coordinate with;
small wedding party (usually one attendant each); shorter ceremony: 15-20
min. Rehearsal might be conducted without me. Call to see if this option is

Short and Sweet - $250
(Shorter ceremonies are not booked more than one month in advance,
except during the winter months.)
Pre-written with a few personal touches - 10-to-15 minutes

interviews, questionnaires, and e-mail communication. It will also reflect your personalities
and love in the vows you choose or write, the readings you choose; memorials, and rituals
that can be as unique and individual as you wish them to be!

From the point of view of a ceremony guest, it may very well look like the
officiant is only providing 20 to 30 minutes of service to the family. In reality, the ceremony is

- Proofreading, private read-throughs, updates, and revisions
- Editing ceremony, readings, and vows
- Coordinating schedules of participants, especially if rehearsals are involved
- Research for particular ceremony options (current and over the years
- Travel time and waiting time before rehearsal
- Preparation of rehearsal notes
- Coordination of rehearsal and ceremony
- Ensuring all participants understand their responsibilities and
- Coordinating the processional and recessional order
- Providing cue sheets for musicians/DJ and photographer
- Travel time and waiting time before the ceremony
- Calming nervous participants before the ceremony, if needed
- The ceremony itself (those ubiquitous 15-30 minutes)
- Provision of PA system that ensures guests will not miss a word!
